I'm now 386 pages into the second draft, which is 19 pages since the last update where I actually wrote something. I wanted to hit 20 pages so I could make up for not writing anything last week, but 19 is a good amount. I hit the minimum before the weekend. I also got to page 20 of the outline and finished two missions. I'm getting close to hitting 400 pages, which I was hoping to hit by the end of August. It's good to be back on writing and I suppose I got a boost this week. I hope I can keep this up because the end of the year is coming up. If I don't finish the second draft this year, it reduces my chances of publishing the book next year. I really need to get content out there if I want to drum up more interest in my work. I will keep pushing on.
